Q: Why isn't my username working?

A: It is possible that you are using a deactivated username, or simply entering the wrong information into the "Username" field. If you have forgotten your username, please contact your School Test Coordinator or District Test Coordinator as they will be able to lookup this information using your email address and/or first and last name. Remember, usernames are not case sensitive.
