Q: Why isn't my password working?

A: Passwords must be entered exactly as created and are always case sensitive. Any passwords generated by SDAP will never contain the letter 'O/o' or 'L/l' to alleviate any confusion between the numbers '0' and '1'.

To reset your password, please navigate to the log in page of the portal. Click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your username in the text box. Click "Reset Password." An email will be sent to the email address linked to the username with a link to reset your password - this link will expire after 24 hours. If you do not receive an email within a couple minutes of clicking the "Reset Password" link, check your Spam folder. If you still do not receive an email to reset your password, it's possible that the user account is linked to a different email address.
