Q: I need to schedule a test for a content area I don't have access to. How can I gain access to additional content areas?

A: Please contact an administrative user such as a school or district testing coordinator. They have access to edit the user profiles in the SDAP.

  1. Click on Users.
  2. Locate the user that needs to be modified.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select the additional content areas that apply to the existing user account.
  5. Click Save.
